Block Fit is a little app for those of us that work at a desk all day. In just 12, 1-minute sessions, distributed over your day, you can undo some of the damage a desk job does to your body and mind. Each time you complete one of these fundamental exercises you earn a Block in the grid. Complete 12, 1-minute sessions over the course of your day and you’ve completed a game.
